I bring together organizational insight, conflict resolution, wellness coaching, traditional Japanese Jikiden Reiki, reflective practice, and years spent teaching, speaking, and leading across international professional environments. I founded SŌMA as a place where people can step beyond performance, return to themselves, and meet one another with fuller human regard.

SŌMA grew from my own return to myself—through deep introspection, solo travel across the world, a deepening spiritual connection, and an embodied sense of belonging within the oneness of all beings.

SŌMA Accord grew from years in corporate management across many industries and teaching professionals and executives business English overseas. I witnessed the sterile hollowness created by edited personas and the disconnection that emerges when professional environments focus on extracting value from people. Human beings are capable of creative miracles when connection is at its best; Accord creates space to remember and practice that truth.

SŌMA Ritual Care is a handmade, small-batch collection of Reiki-infused self-care products that are my daily essentials. I am sharing them with you as an invitation to bring moments of care and renewal into your everyday life.
