SŌMA ACCORD · ONLINE
Find the words. Keep your boundaries.
Make the next conversation more workable.
For yourself. For the people you lead. For the team you share.

A SMALL BEGINNING · FREE TO TRY
Start with one familiar moment. Explore a response you can make your own.
THREE WAYS TO PRACTICE
Useful language, guided practice, and small actions that carry into your next working day.
THE ACCORD APPROACH
You can receive a concern without agreeing with every conclusion. You can hold a boundary without humiliating someone. You can lead clearly while remaining open to being corrected.
Each package turns SŌMA Accord into a small, usable practice: a conversation, a decision, a commitment, a return.

Short lessons, realistic situations, conversation planners, and printable takeaways. Your private reflections stay out of team reports.
Choose a situation and rehearse a clear response, with room for your own words.
Separate what happened from what you inferred. Name a request, a boundary, and a next step.
Return after the conversation. Notice what changed, what did not, and what needs support.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
No. These are one-time purchases of the Accord Online edition described at checkout. There is no automatic renewal.
The current learning space uses Sign in with ChatGPT. Team members need a ChatGPT account registered with the work email on their invitation. Shopify handles checkout; use the same email there.
The proposed Team edition includes 10 accounts, including the purchaser. The purchaser invites colleagues using the same work email domain. Each person signs in to their own account. Shared email services such as Gmail do not qualify as a company domain. Larger teams and organizations without a shared work domain can contact SŌMA.
The Team edition introduces a shortened AUWRA practice for ordinary collaboration. It does not train or certify facilitators and does not replace a facilitated engagement for complex conflict.
A conversation exercise is not a requirement before seeking help. For harassment, discrimination, retaliation, threats, or an active investigation, use appropriate reporting, safety, professional, or legal support. Rights vary by location and circumstances. The resource guide links to US agencies; the learning tools provide education, not individual legal advice.
No participant reflections or individual learning progress are shown to a team purchaser. Practice notes remain on the current page unless you choose to download them. Account access and lesson completion are stored separately. Do not enter names, medical details, or confidential case information.
The learning experience is being prepared. Sales will open after the founder lessons and payment setup are ready. You can try the free sample now.
